Maltreated by the staffs from hell

This is a follow up on my experience at the hospital.  Yesterday we went back to the San Isidro Hospital which is located at Angono Rizal.  The first thing that we do is pay the fee for their service.  After paying we headed to the blood testing area.  To tell you the truth, I was so scared because this is the first time that I will have blood test like that.  I am already taking a blood test at home but this one is different since they are using a far more complicated than the one I am using.

After the blood test then came the urine test and then we went home.  Saying to ourselves that it would be better if we are going to get the results tomorrow since we are going to see the Doctor that day for the findings and some advice.  Our day is well.

Today we got the results and I was shocked to find out that my xray film got a foot print coming from a shoe.  Imagine that they should be the one the most cleanest and responsible then suddenly you will just find that there service sucks big time.  As if they don’t care about the records of their patients.  It must have been because I was complaining the other day about the double check up on xray and then one of the staffs heard me.  But to think that they are giving some service to the public and that we are paying them a huge amount of money.   I believe that they should be giving their best service since we have already paying them for the service.

The Medical director (Dr. Marcelino) was kind to us but I don’t really know if she is that good hearted since I don’t know her really that well.

I think that I have said enough and that I should shared what I find out regarding the test that I have undergone.   Most of the test result shows that my body is healthy but urine test shows that I have  a urinary infection so I have to take 3 augmentins a day.  Aside from that my ear is getting better but the doctor said that we should go visit her again after 2 weeks but I believe that this is just the case of the doctor wanting to make money even more since she said that we need to take another blood test.  As I have told you before that we a have device for doing this kind of test and that I am not willing to pay another P 1,900+ for just that test alone.
