I wasn’t active before so I guest that this triggered my diabetis. Back on those days, just like anybody my comfort food is something cold and sweet. Anything that falls to that category like ice cream, juice and the list goes on. While I was exercising one day on the gym I found out that I can keep up with most of the workouts that I am doing. For me those workouts are just easy but suddenly it was too hard for me. That day I felt very exhausted already so when I got home, I told my mother about it and we found out that I was diabetic. I think that my blood sugar that time was 263. It was a very high number so that is the reason why I am feeling weak that day. Knowing that I couldn’t keep up with my exercise routine I decided to stay at home and workout at my own pace and time. At first I was too enthusiastic so I could keep it up but as time is passing by, I have lost interest since I don’t have the proper equipment and space for working out.
Months passed and I haven’t doing some exercise. Little did I know that could lead to much worse health problem, I noticed that I become weaker and weaker as time passed on. I have forgotten to exercise until recently my back was aching. It was that time that I did some research and did find out that exercise is actually good at maintaining blood sugar. Since then I have been doing some strength training exercise little by little and did notice that my body is becoming stronger each day. I got the conclusion that even though my blood sugar is high I can still remain strong if I will just exercise daily. My blood sugar is always high but I am still stronger and my brain is working better than before. Today is the day that I added cardiovascular training to my exercise. It is said that cardiovascular helps people to burn those sugar from your body. I am hoping that this would be the start of my blood sugar getting to the normal level.
