I will admit that I am dependent on drugs that have been prescribed to me by my doctor because I am not aware that there is such a thing as a natural remedy. I have been taking prescribe drug 3 times a day. This may be the reason why I am feeling weak these days. Although I am able to regain some of my strength by continually exercising, I still feel that I am weaker than I am supposed to be. Interested on gaining back my strength, I began researching about alternatives to the drugs that I am taking. I have found some information on what may help me to fight diabetes without taking my medications.
Oils – this comes from fishes. Experts claimed that it improves the production of insulin in the body. I must admit that I am rarely eating fish these days and this may be one of the reasons why I am feeling a little weak.
Hydrotherapy – I am quite aware of this treatment before but I never know that it could help diabetic fight diabetes. It involves drinking much water in day. I think that this is the reason why we heard from older people to drink lots of water. Our body is composed of water and water will replenish us.
Diet – This would never be out of the list since my doctor always told me to loose some weight. Loosing some weight improves our health. Include fresh fruit everyday on your diet will help your body to fight diseases like diabetis.
Reflexology and Massage – it helps to stimulate the blood. Aids in relaxation and improves mental health.

Yoga is a form of exercise. As of now, I am doing some weight lifting along with doing exercise with the body slender machine.

You can always manage Diabetes by proper diet and nutrition. Food supplements also help slow down some of the side effects of high blood sugar.

My mom was misdiagnosed with Diabetes. Misdiagnosed kasi mali-mali.

Puwedeng itest after 2 hours pagkatapos kumain. Ang maximum limit niya ay hanggang 140 instead na 120 kung sa FBS.

Yes but the one required of her was FBS. And the medtech who extracted her blood says they’re going to fast the extracted blood as they will have it tested only after 8 hours. WTH. I don’t get it. Meron palang ganun? I never heard such thing. We even mentioned it to some people who have the knowledge of the process and they said, there’s no such thing. Ewan ko, but we wont get back to that clinic. Crap!
Happy New Year Paolo!

I first heard it on my mother diabetician. At first ayoko ring maniwala, so I have to do my own research and found out that it was right.
Happy new Year!

Yes, okay lang naman if what’s required is a blood sugar test two hours after eating. But as pointed earlier, FBS yung required sa mother ko. After fasting for the whole night, the medtech told my mom she can eat muna, and they will extract the blood after, then 8 hours later dun pa lang nila ite-test. Yun daw ang FBS sa kanila. That was knew to me. Having limited knowledge over the matter, I asked some people about their process “blood will be tested 8 hours after it was extracted” and they said there’s no such thing. Coz sa kanila, fasting muna then extract then test.
