For those who are smoker it would be better if you will not stop smoking. I believe that this is quite confusing to you right now since smokers are prone to a lot of problem. Experts are claiming that those smokers that stop smoking could develop diabetis.
Every year, more and more people seems to be become health conscious and is kicking of smoking habit by substituting cigarette with other stuff like candies and other stuff to stop their craving for nicotine. Smokers tend to develop eating comfort food when they stop smoking. Sweets causes people to get fat and this is what causes them to get diabetes in the first place. Now, if only you could immediately use immediately anything that you have eaten then you won’t have to fear diabetes.
So if smokers don’t have a problem with weight gain them there wouldn’t be a problem. We again go back to the basic of health that is exercising since it uses the sugar in our body. Cardiovascular workouts such as jogging early in the morning would surely contribute to a healthier you.
Just like to straighten the fact that those who are already smoking don’t need to stop smoking. It only means that you should control what you eat and always exercise regularly.
