Of course the correct answer is healthy foods but we kept eating junk.
This is ironic, we know that it’s bad and we know what is right but we kept on choosing the bad. Anyway, if you think you cannot live without you junk snack, just make sure that you go for detox diets, to wash out the toxins from your body. Toxins can seriously make you very ill and may threaten your life. So you should be resposible enough to take good care of yourself, know how to balance the food you are taking in.
When you resort to fad diet, it surely will make you lose weight but temporarily because if you get back to eat in normal basis for sure you will have the weight back. I think fad diets can only serve best for you to lose weight if you are in a hurry like there is an occasion coming up that you need to look slimmer. But if you want to have the last result you should have a healthy diet plans plus regular exercise, in this way to lose weight is healthy and most effective. When you exercise you are releasing bad fats that comes out from your porse, your skin will be tightened as you are starting to lose weight. You should have the patience when it comes to exercise.
